Terms & Conditions

1. Quotations

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued and are based on the scope and conditions observed during the site inspection. Work outside the quoted scope is treated as a variation and quoted separately before it proceeds.

2. Scope of Works

The written quotation is the definitive statement of what is included. Anything not listed — including additional coats, extra colours, or repairs to conditions concealed at the time of inspection — is not included until agreed in writing.

3. Scheduling and Access

You agree to provide safe access to the property on the agreed dates, including any permits, lift bookings or management approvals required by your HDB town council or MCST.

4. Payment

A deposit is payable on confirmation. The balance is due on completion of the works and the final walkthrough, unless a different schedule is stated in the quotation.

5. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for the period stated in your quotation. The warranty covers defects in application. It does not cover damage from structural movement, water ingress from outside the scope of works, or ordinary wear.

6. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the works performed. We are insured for public liability and maintain bizSAFE Level 3 safety procedures on every site.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
